Alta Equipment Company® acquires YES Equipment & Services, LLC - Illinois
Alta Equipment Company® (Alta) and YES Equipment & Services, LLC (YES), have signed a definitive agreement under which Alta acquired the assets of YES in Illinois, resulting in the appointment of Alta as the Yale® dealer in the northern Chicagoland Market, including portions of Cook, DuPage, Lake and Kane counties. Alta will integrate YES customers and services into its current operations as it looks to expand and grow its footprint in the Chicago metropolitan market.
